A $1,000 security deposit is required. A reservation deposit consisting of the security deposit and 50% of the Total Rent are required to reserve a booking. The remainder of the Total Rent is due 90 or more days prior to the start of the reservation period.

Payments by cashier's check. Personal checks accepted when booking 90 days or more in advance.

This is a non-smoking, no pets rental.

Check in time is 3:00 pm and Check out time is 10:00am.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
