Enjoy this WATERFRONT home at a super low price. Feel free to take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway, and/or enjoy all the activities, sports, concerts, etc of The Villages. It's the best of both worlds! This is a shared home, owner occupied, please note.

We have plenty of indoor and outdoor seating available to enjoy the view. You can enjoy all the incredible activities that The Villages has to offer. There is ample parking in this cul-de-sac, and spaces for golf carts also. They can be rented by the day, week, or month.

Guest passes can be provided, in order to enjoy unlimited free golf, pickleball, water volleyball, and all the other endless activities of The Villages.

There are two guest rooms available, with one shared bathroom, possibly, depending on if the other room is occupied. There is an air mattress available, if needed by extra guests, for use inside one of the rooms. Enjoy access to the common areas, front and back patios, and the kitchen, except for the refrigerator, stovetop and oven. There are miniature refrigerators and microwaves in each room. There is a gas grill available, as well as a toaster oven. The grill has a burner for pots and pans, that we provide for guests.

You will be provided an entry code to the house so that you can come and go as you please, anytime, day or night. There is a security camera installed on the doorbell and in the kitchen. The cost for each room is $59 per night, with a 3 night minimum. 1 week for $400, 1 month for $1250 to $1550, depending on the month.

Enjoy reverse osmosis filtered drinking water from the kitchen sink. We provide free coffee, creamer, and tea every morning. We also provide two miniature Frostys/ice cream treats per person, each day.

It is perfectly located in the north/central part of The Villages, close to all the shopping and restaurant options that anyone could desire. The home is located between Sumter Square and Spanish Springs Square, also between Highway 466 and Highway 441, with plenty of medical facilities nearby, including the hospital about 5 minutes away. The home also boasts a very unique feel, beautiful views, and backyard privacy, while nestled in the fastest growing, largest, and most popular active lifestyle community in the World.
