Rates are for 4 persons. Additional guests are $50 per guest per week. Maximum 6-person occupancy. Caretaker is in the neighborhood and available 24/7.

Property Owner pays utilities, Premium TV with lots of channels, Internet, trash, lawn service, property taxes, and pays Villages Amenities fee.

Renter pays $50. for Temporary Lifestyle ID., Renter pays security deposit, local and hotel taxes, and cleaning fee.

Check-in at 4:00 PM. Check out at 9:00 AM

Rental Policy:
$1000 Deposit/Security due within 7 days of booking. First month rental amount of 50% due within 30 days of booking. Remaining 50% due within 60 days of occupancy. (This is flexible for longer stays.)
$150 Cleaning Fee will be deducted from the Security deposit at the end of rental. Small dog non-refundable deposit of $100 for dogs only (under 30 pounds). Cottage and property are NO SMOKING or VAPING.

Cancellation policy: If less than 90 days prior to occupancy, renter will forfeit down payment unless the property can be re-rented for same period of time at the same price. A processing fee of $150.00 will be charged for cancellations for any reason.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55 yrs+. Nightly entertainment. Golf, swimming, trails, etc... Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods. Family activities are provided.
