*FOUR SEAT Golf Cart with roadside assistance is Included with all rentals (Great value - $940.00 for a monthly rental of a four seat golf cart, if rented downtown). Our golf cart comes with adjustable (slide and recline) seats, USB ports and Bluetooth speakers. Golf Cart Usage: Tenants will be required to sign a waiver releasing owners of any liability and only licensed drivers are allowed.

Our designer home is a short 1 minute walk to the Village of DeLuna neighborhood pool/postal station, pickle ball courts along with tennis courts and a 3 minute golf car ride to the Water Lily Family Rec Center. Brownwood Paddock Square is a 10 minute golf car ride and Sawgrass Grove is 20 minutes. Easy access to many walking/biking paths.

Property taxes (not Florida bed/rental tax), utilities, TV, trash, pest control and lawn service are included.

No pets of any kind are allowed. No smoking OR vaping is allowed inside or outside the premises.

Rental Policy/ Payment Terms/Cancellation Policy: 25% of total rent and the $1,500 security deposit are due within 4 days of booking. The remaining 75% is due 45 days before arrival.

The $175 cleaning fee, and sales/Florida tax (6% of the rental cost) will be deducted from the security deposit refund. Resident ID pass for $50 is optional. Rates are for two people, but a guest may stay 6 nights free.

Paid rent will be refunded if the owner is able to re-rent for the same rent amount and timeframe, less a $200 rebooking fee.
Check-in time is 1:00 pm on first day of month. Check-out time is 1:00 pm on last day of month.
Rentals less than 6 months are subject to 6% Florida Bed tax.

2024/2025 Rental Rates and Availability. Rates include a 4-seat gas golf cart, wireless high-speed internet, and all utilities.

January - $4,500 - available and includes 4 seater golf cart.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
