$3500.00/Month for the month of December. The 1st week of January 2025 is available too.

$150 Nonrefundable Cleaning Fee
$200 Nonrefundable pet fee (if applicable)
$50.00 optional Temporary Lifestyle ID fee covers two people for free access to executive golf courses, access to the championship golf courses, recreation centers, pools, tennis, pickle-ball and discounts at other places including theaters and numerous other activities.

Security Deposit and total rental fees with signed contract in 7 days.
