The master bedroom has a king size bed, walk-in closet, large HD Fire TV, a private master bath with a large vanity with double sinks and shower. The guest bedroom has a beautiful queen size sleigh bed including drawer storage & HD Fire TV for your guests to relax & enjoy. The 2nd guest room is set up as a den complete with a new sofa and another HD Fire TV. The bedrooms and both bathrooms are set up with extra towels and linens. Inside Laundry Room off full 2 car garage has brand new large capacity Washer and a Gas Dryer. ....and then there's your outdoor space! With the purchase of resident ID cards ($50) you can use any of the executive golf courses or pay resident rates at the Championship courses. You're also entitled to use any of the family friendly and adult only (30 or older) swimming pools, bocce ball, shuffleboard courts, and more plus over 1000 organized activities every week through the recreational centers.

Rental Policy:
50% of Rent + $1500 Security Deposit due within 7 days of booking
Balance of Rent Due 60 days Prior to Visit
7% Florida and Sumter County occupancy tax Due 60 Days Prior to Visit
$175 Cleaning Fee
Security deposit less cleaning fee will be returned within 30 days of departure if there are no damages or losses. This will include return of keys, garage door remotes, security gate key and mailbox key.
