Rental Policy:

Monthly rental amounts are based on double occupancy (2 adults). For two couples wishing to share the house an additional 10% per person will be added to the rent. There will not be a charge for occasional overnight guests.

50% of total rent amount due within 7 days of booking.
$1000.00 security deposit (damage/loss), remaining rental amount and $175.00 cleaning fee due 30 days before occupancy. Security deposit minus any damages, if applicable, will be refunded within 30 days.
Resident IDs are available for $50, the cost of processing the paperwork.
Rent is non-refundable unless a replacement renter is found.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
