The Living room has a Couch (queen hide a bed), Love Seat and recliner. The Entertainment Center has a Smart 55" TV with Surround Sound.
The Dining room has a lovely wood table that seats six.

Kitchen is fully equipped with tableware, glasses, pots, pans, coffee maker, toaster, etc. The stove is gas, and a overhead microwave, a dishwasher and a refrigerator with ice maker.

The master bedroom has a king size bed with a very comfortable mattress and two night stands with lamps. There is 36" flat screen TV. A walk in closet is attached with enhanced hanging system and shoe racks.

The guest bedroom can be an office. There is a large glass corner desk with chair and monitor. The room has a very comfortable Murphy (queen size) bed. Hall closet has all the sheets and pillow cases for the extra beds.

A real bonus is the Lanai with this house which is fully glass enclosed with curtains. It can be cooled by leaving the sliding door from the living room opened or you can open the sliding windows and enjoy the fresh air. It has a futon that makes into a bed, and two rocking chairs.
Lets not forget the large Bird Cage right off of the Lanai. A table and four chair are included with a natural gas grill. No propane bottles to worry with.

Rental includes high speed internet, with streaming TV. The home also has a whole home water softener and whole home water filter system. Garage has full screen door.

All homeowner amenities will be transferred to you the guest which includes NO green fees on any of the The Villages 40 9 hole executive courses and a special discount on any of the championship golf courses. Or, receive free guest passes to enjoy any of the recreational center activities...pool, etc.

Cancellation Penalties as follows:
Prior to 90 days -- full refund
90 - 60 days -- deposit is forfeited
60 - 31 days -- 50% of rental amount is forfeited
Within 30 days -- 100% non refundable

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+. Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods. Family activities are provided.
