Rental fees include 2 adults, additional fee for additional adults or overnight guests.

Rental Policy: $1500 Hold/Security Deposit for long term lease. Security Deposit, less $175 cleaning fee, will be refunded within 15 days of departure if home is left in excellent condition. Bookings canceled 60 days or more before the start of the lease will receive a 50% refund of the security deposit. Bookings canceled 60 days or less before the start of the lease will surrender the security deposit.

Optional monthly fee of $100 each for guest ID (up to 2) that allows you to use all the facilities for sports, social groups and indoor/outdoor activities that permanent residents enjoy: unlimited golf at the 42 executive courses, access to all recreation centers (pool tables, games rooms, exercise classes, club activities and more). Unlimited use of all pools - sports pools, family pools and neighborhood pools. Many sports facilities are available, such as pickleball, tennis, platform tennis, master tennis, softball, etc. This fee is paid directly to The Villages and is picked up at the Brownwood Village Sales Office.

For long term lease - tenant pays for all utilities, internet, and cable TV service; Landlord pays for lawn care, pest control, and monthly housekeeping service.

Brownwood Paddock Square is just a short 5 miles ride away, and is the place to be for nightly entertainment, meeting up with friends for dinner, or meandering around the square for some shopping and fun.

Connectivity - Golf car and bike access to Brownwood Square, Rohan Recreation Complex as well as shopping at Lake Deaton are all now available via the multi-modal path using the Chitty Chatty Bridge.

Owner has a Ring door camera outside the front door as a security feature to monitor the exterior porch area of the home. There are no security cameras on the interior of the home.
