Utilities, cable TV, trash, lawn service, internet and cable are included. 3 month minimum January through March. No Pets. No Smoking. Reservation Deposit of 50% of total rent and security deposit ($1000) is due within 10 days of booking. A cleaning fee of $225 shall be deducted from the security deposit. Cleaning fee not refundable. The remaining balance of the rent is due 60 days prior to occupancy (Lease Start Date) If the booking is made within 60 days of the first day of your stay, then 100% of the total rent, security deposit and cleaning fee is due within 10 days of booking and prior to the first day of stay. Rents are non-refundable unless other renters are contracted for the same rental period at the same rate. Rental for less than 7 months incur a short term rental 7% tax. No subletting. Check in at 4PM - Check out at 10 AM. $50 (optional) Temporary Resident ID is available. Full security deposit minus cleaning fee will be refunded within 15 days of departure after inspection of property minus any damage expenses. Monthly rentals are based on double occupancy (2 adults)
The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+. Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods. Family activities are provided.
