7% Tourist Tax Added to All Rentals
$750 Security Deposit
$150 Cleaning Fee will be subtracted from Security Deposit

Rates are for 1-2 occupants. An additional $100 per person per month for additional guests. All occupants must be listed on the rental agreement.

Half the rental amount is due within 7 days of booking/signing of rental agreement to lock in your rental contract period. Full rental balance and security deposit are due no later than 45 (forty five) days prior to arrival. If arrival date is less than 45 (forty five) days from the date of reservation, full payment plus security deposit will be due at time of signing the Agreement. Payments may be secured by providing a personal check, certified check, money order or a direct wire (account information provided upon request).

A copy of a current drivers license or state issued identification card is required for each occupant and is to be submitted with the signed Rental Agreement.

Check in is anytime after 3:00pm on the first day of the rental and check out is no later then 10:00am on the last day of the rental.

NO Smoking and NO Pets.

Standard Guest IDs are provided at no charge. The Villages Temporary Resident ID is $50/Household (limit of 2 IDs). Payment is made to The Villages directly.

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+. Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods. Family activities are provided.
