Your well mannered dog is invited. I provide slipcovers for living room furniture. The house is a few miles from the Dudley Canine Park and Rubert Canine Park. No Smoking in house or golf cart. To respect neighbors, no parties or loud music please. Trip cancellation insurance is always a good idea when traveling, some offer cancel for any reason coverage. There is a 5 night minimum stay unless otherwise noted. Amazon Dot (Alexa), wall mounted smart TV 4k in the living room, smart TV in master bedroom. Also included are pool noodles/towels, hula hoops, 4 pickle ball rackets, tennis rackets and a well used set of ladies, mens and child's golf clubs.
Pet fee $300 deposit per stay. Dogs must have no history of aggressive behavior, be up to date on shots and flea/tic treatments. Cleaning fee $225.

"Our stay was amazing from the communication with Lin before we left home to letting us know it was ready a little early and checking to make sure we were all settled and comfortable. The house is so beautiful, clean and comfortable and has all that you will need for your stay. From Internet, to Amazon Alexa, to providing trash bags and dishwasher detergent, and pool towels, Lin has taken care of every detail to make your stay enjoyable! We took advantage of the board games that were provided as well! This house is close to a Publix & the family and adult pool. A close drive to Brownwood Paddock Square where there are restaurants , shopping, and nightly entertainment. This has been the BEST home we have rented." Dan
