The Environment:
The master bedroom suite has a California style king bed with a pillow mattress. Two large walk-in closets, two sinks and a walk-in shower. The Master suite is separated from the other rooms for privacy with a short path to the kitchen and living room.

The 2nd bedroom and bath are custom configured as an in-law suite with unique private entrance on the opposite side of the home. Ideal for another adult couple sharing the home or privacy for visiting guests.

The 3rd bedroom is configured as a office/Den with a computer desk and additional bedding for visiting kids.

The living room is open to the dining room and kitchen providing an open-air expansive feel adjoining a large Lanai.

The lanai is furnished with comfortable seating arrangements - a large marble and glass table that seats 6; a hexagonal game table (with lots of card and board games) that seats 4; and a lounging / reading coach that seats 2 adults.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes and silverware, pots and pans, cooking utensils, toaster oven, microwave, and a Keurig coffee maker. Use the outdoor gas grill to prepare your favorite vacation dish.
