Rental costs are for two adult persons; arrangements can be made for visitors. The Village ID, which allows you to use all the amenities is an additional $50.00 per rental period. Long-term rentals are responsible for electricity, gas, internet/cable TV, and renter's insurance in addition to the cost of the monthly villa rental fee. The homeowner will take care of LSSA dues, grass cutting, and landscaping.

The lanai is fully furnished.

9% taxes, utilities, trash, and lawn maintenance are included in monthly rentals. No golf cart is included but there are plenty of golf cart rentals available and information can be provided for you.

Residents of Summerhill will tell you they live in a perfect location because of its proximity to a myriad of recreational, dining, and shopping options all within a mile and easily accessible without having to drive in the roundabouts. Publix, Fresh Market, and Walmart Supercenter are all in the immediate area. Costco will be available sometime in 2025!!

Polo grounds are nearby and a great place to walk for exercise. Prefer to dine out? Kungfu Chef, Darrell's Diner, Culver's, IHOP, Tap House Social, Olive Garden, Tequila Cantina, Golden Corral, NYPD Pizza, Metro Diner, and Bonefish Grill, just to name a few, are all close by. Town Squares of Sumter Landing and Spanish Springs are just minutes away.
