Our villa is PET and SMOKE free for the benefit and comfort of our guests.

NOTE: We only rent 1 month at a time and to different renters each month. (Not 2 months together)

RELAX in this amazing comfortable Brand New (just purchased) Bassett all leather power reclining sofa and loveseat along with power adjustable headrests.

TOTAL refund (Deposit and monthly payment) ONLY if villa can be rented for the same time period and terms. NO other penalty or rebooking fee will be charged.

$1000.00 security/deposit due within 7 days of booking >< Monthly rent is due 90 days prior to arrival date.

NOTE: Your deposit (minus the $200.00 cleaning fee and $50.00 Vlgs. I.D. fee) will be returned within a week after inspection of the villa showing no damage.

The Villages $50.00 I.D. allows you to golf on any of the 43 Executive courses ($4.00 fee) OR any 14 Championship courses (extra fee) along with entrance to pools, movies, shows and rec. centers.

NO PETS on the premises and NO SMOKING is allowed in the villa including the lanai and garage. ***We are very FIRM about this request and it also pertains to any guests or visitors!***

Our Beautiful kitchen features a large solar light making it bright and cheery and comes furnished with dishes, pots and pans, toaster, blender, can opener, glassware, knives, silverware, tea pot, crock pot and your choice of a regular coffee maker, OR a Keurig K-cup with a variety of complimentary K-cups.

WOW! Living room features 70" HDTV with voice command and 32" wall mount in master bedroom.

We provide a VERY GENEROUS supply of top name dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, hand soap, paper towels, bathroom supplies, and garbage bags.

The Daily Sun newspaper delivered daily at no charge.

Washer and dryer is located inside for your convenience.
Ceiling fans throughout the villa.
Iron, ironing board, vacuum, hair dryer and curling iron are included for your use.

Rental price is based on 2 adult occupants. However, there will be an additional charge of $195.00 a WEEK (Approximate cost of 1 night in our hotels) if guests (couple) stay with you. (A FEW nights only are complimentary). >> All visitors staying in our home must be disclosed!!

Lanai is screened-in with a large table and 4 comfortable padded chairs (2 swivel) to enjoy the wonderful view and watch the golfers tee off.

Quality bed linens, bath towels and pool towels are provided.

Villa is cleaned and sanitized monthly including the lanai.

Check in time is 3:00 P.M. OR sooner if villa is ready.
Check out is 10:00 A.M. on the >LAST DAY< of the month.
