Reservation deposit is 50% of total rental amount and is due 7 days from booking date. Remaining 50% balance is due 90 days before occupancy date. Booking deposits only refundable if the home is able to be re-rented. $750 Deposit/Security and $150 cleaning fee due with booking.

The Villages temporary Resident cards are available for a $50.00 per set fee. All homeowner amenities will be transferred to the renter which includes full access to regional and neighbourhood recreation centre use and no green fees on any of the executive courses. For a nominal fee, you are able to enjoy any of the Championship Golf courses. Anything else you need to know, please contact us for all details!
