Rental Policy:
$750 Deposit/Security due within 7 days of booking + first month's rental for rentals of 6 months or longer.
$300 non refundable pet deposit also due, if applicable.
**Rental amount of less than 12 months will be based on which months rented.

Thereafter monthly rental will be due at the beginning of each month.

If cancellation necessary, deposit returned only if able to re-rent for the same period at the same price.

Rates based on two person occupancy. Guests allowed for short stays only (7 days or less).

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
