Rental Policy:
$600 Deposit/Security/Cleaning - due within 7 days of booking. (refundable - less $150.00 cleaning fee - a week after leaving)
($150. Cleaning Fee - included in deposit cost)

The Villages is an active Senior Community for residents 55yrs+.
Young visitors are allowed for limited time periods.
Family activities are provided.
The months of Janurary, February, March and April are already rented.
